Subscription & Billing Policy

1. Plans

BillsInvoice may offer free and paid plans. Current pricing and included features are displayed on the pricing page and, when applicable, at checkout.

2. Recurring subscriptions

Where recurring billing is offered, a subscription renews for the selected billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

3. Prices and currency

Prices may be displayed in local currencies or another supported currency based on the product configuration. Taxes or applicable charges may be added where required.

4. Payment processing

Payments will be processed through the payment provider connected to BillsInvoice. The provider may apply its own terms, verification requirements, fees, and payment rules.

5. Failed payments

A failed renewal may result in restricted or suspended paid features until payment is successfully completed.

6. Changes to pricing

We may change pricing for future purchases or renewals with appropriate notice where required by law.

Payment-gateway-specific language will be added after the gateway account and KYC are approved.
